What is an AI Pro Read?
1 AI Pro Read = 1 message analyzed with Noteithere's advanced AI and turned into a smart reminder, task or booking. Basic Read works on your device and picks out the plan, date, time and place — it's free, unlimited and doesn't use an AI Pro Read. AI Pro Reads understand more: long messages, bookings, deposits, payment deadlines, customers and several tasks in one message.
What happens when I run out?
You can keep going: new messages get a Basic Read on your device, and you can still edit everything before saving. Your AI Pro Reads start again on the 1st of each month, and unused reads don't carry over. Need more? You can switch to a plan with more AI Pro Reads at any time. Extra AI Pro Read packs for Standard are coming soon. The free trial includes 3 AI Pro Reads in total; after that, messages get a Basic Read.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Noteithere → Cancel Subscription. On a Mac, open the App Store → your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. The free trial needs no payment, so there's nothing to cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Monthly or yearly?
Both are available. Monthly is charged every month. Yearly is one payment for the whole year, charged once a year, and saves up to 17% compared with paying monthly (Daily 8%, Standard 17%, Pro 14%). Both renew automatically until you cancel.
How can Noteithere Pro help my work or business?
Pro is for people who handle lots of bookings and work messages. You get 100 AI Pro Reads a month for complex messages — restaurant, hotel, flight, transport and equipment bookings — with guests, prices, deposits, payment deadlines and customers or DMCs picked out for you. Pro also exports all your bookings and their numbers to Excel, with a summary by customer, company and type. Like every plan, it checks your schedule for conflicts, shares reminders with colleagues and saved groups as calendar invitations, finds past bookings by customer, DMC or project, adds reminders to your Apple Calendar and rewards finished days with badges. Less typing means fewer forgotten tasks, easier organization and smoother teamwork.
Prices in US dollars — the App Store shows the matching price in your own currency. Subscriptions are paid through Apple and renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple subscription settings.
